It's a matter of swapping out the grills, which is fairly easy. May require a bit of trimming, but I'm not sure. I think you can find the grill on EBAY for converting your truck.
Yes, the headlights can also be changed. I think if you search you can find some past threads on people doing this project. Some have gone as far as changing the bumpers as well, I believe.
