ignition systems
I am not real familliar with aftermarket ignitions but I am considering installing one on my 1970 f250 4x4 when I put my new 410 in it anyway I just wanted some input from you guys about wich ones are the best as far as longevity and trouble free operation aor are they even worth getting at all I already put a point eliminator kit in so will I really gain anything by using a msd or accell or some othe r product thanks

Any ignition "box" that generates multiple sparks will ease starting, smooth idle and almost guarantees no misfires. The MSD 6 series, Crane HI-6 series and Accel's 300+ ignition systems all give added ignition output. I am happy with my MSD 6A, Blaster coil and Super Conductor wires. I use the Pertronix Ignitor to trigger the MSD.
