A2 with Platinum Juice

I will be updating my signature soon...

Tomorrow I am having the A2 with Platinum Juice installed and I am wondering where and how has everyone mounted their monitors? Any advantages/ disadvantages from mounting it in different places?

I cringe on the thought of drilling holes in the dash but I plan on keeping the rig until they pry the keys from my cold dead hands.
