Rear stabilizer

Driving home this afternoon, heard a strange sound of loose bolts, then a slight metallic scraping sound. I stopped and looked under the truck to see my stabilizer hanging from the rear supports. The brackets that hold the bar to the frame were missing and I could see two sets of bolts on the frame where I would imagine the bar attached to.

My question is in the course of replacing the driveshaft or a wheel alignment, would you disconnect the stabilizer????????????

My guess is that when the dealership was replacing the myriad of parts, they neglected to ensure the torque on the bolts. I just don't want to make accusations if they are not warranted. If there is no reason to remove that part, then I just need them to reinstall it, under warranty , of course. But if this was an oversight, I just need it addressed to ensure this doesn't happen to someone else or to me on a more important part.

Thanks for everyone's responses and help through all of my woes.

Dave
