The reverse wire is black with a pink stripe, circuit 140. The easist place to get to it is at the Parking Aid Module (PAM) located behind the passenger door kickpanel, adjacent to where it meets the door. Pull the trim off, a couple of metal and plastic clips. There are several connectors there, you will find black/pink on C300 (pin 3) and C4014 (pin 3, for the PAM). C4014 is the one I used, very easy to tap onto. You won't find these designators on the connectors though.
I figured this out when I wired up my reverse camera (and a bunch of other stuff) when I replaced the radio with a DDX8017 from Kenwood. Eventually I'll post pictures of the entire install, it came together very well.
BTW: This was for a 2005 F-250 CC SB, I can't see the F-350 being different. Matter of fact it can't be, I bought Ford's "2005 F-250, 350, 450, 550 Super Duty Wiring Digrams" from Helm couple months ago. It's been my bible for all the electrical work I have done on the truck.
