forum tools HELP!!

Where can I go and shut off the e-mail notification about post after mine on the forum. When I checked my e-mail today I was overloaded with notifications.

I have mine dump into thier own folder, I like the feature to see when someone replies to me.

I love that feature. I set up a separate gmail account just for any forums that I subscribe to.
