late 70's indy editon?
A Freind Of mine was telling me about a late 70's indy pace truck editon 150 he used to own has anyone heard of these or got pictures it came with a 460 and tilt wheel as two of the installed options he said. just curious.

Was it the Same as the 78-79 Corvette Indy pace or was that 80-82.....For some reason Im thinking they had the same paint scheme...Where did the truck get used and where did the Vette get used........

Actually in '79 the Indy pace car was the '79 Mustang. Ford used the same paint scheme on some '79 pickups, and let the race use them too. Then sold a mustang and a pickup to the general public with 'pace car' package.
