headers
Does anybody have a 351w in a 67-72, do you have headers on it? if so what kind? Will 302 headers clear crossmember? Are they worth the trouble to put on in the first place? Thanks for any help.

In my opinion and it is only that"an opinion",unless you need headers to complement a very performance oriented motor I would not go through the trouble.I have had headers on several vehicles and I can honestly tell you that loose bolts,leaks and blown gaskets are not a bundle of fun.If you do feel the nedd for headers buy a good quality name brand set and don't skimp on the gaskets and bolts.Buy good quality products.If you're concerned with looks,companies like Eastwood sell products to smooth and coat your exhaust manifolds that look and last in my opinion as good as big tube headers.Good luck
