Smile Repeats I'm sure

I have a few problems that I need to address. I'm sure some if not all have been answered before but I couldn't find anything that worked.
I have a 01 Ex Limited 2WD 6.8 / 65,000miles

1-My reverse sensor stays off at all times. I never received a manual with this so I don't know where the fuse is located to check if this is the problem. I have downloaded the fuse box diagrams and none had it listed. If I push the button in the Off button light goes off for about a 1/4 second and the light comes right back on before I can release the button out. This started about 10K miles ago. I have cleaned the sensors on the back but to no avail.

2-The ever dreaded programming code. I've looked in several spots but have not found it and would like to avoid the cost from the rip off dealers in the Metro DC area. 1st place I called wanted 125 bucks.....

3-Looking for a site to find parts to turn my Ex completely black. The front bumper has alot of rust under both headlights. Don't know why...I bought this and it was shipped from California to the dealer. Maybe acidic raid caused it. Who knows. To black it out I would need front/back bumpers and the side wall panels. Also the step bar would need replaced. Anyone know of a site or dealer with reasonable prices but more importantly, well made parts?

4- Ciggarette lighter hs been tested positive for illegal steroid use. It likes to shoot the cigg. lighter out at about 20 mph. Numerous times I have forgotten that this happen and it shoots it out and underneath my middle console and has also burnt a few things up. Nothing on fire. Yet. I've replaced the cig lighter itself and to no avail.

5-Temp gauge can be screwed up at times. It has been snowing here and when we get in the truck it will say its 50 degrees regardless of shade/sun/night/day. This doesn't happen often...just here and there. It will adjust back and forth as driving but around the 50 degree range...

I have already replaced each lock actuator and found the wires were run wrong or secured wrong on my passenger door. The window track sliced them in half. I only had three of the actuators go bad but replaced them all after hearing others advice. This truck is starting to remind me of my 98 Stang GT. I had to replace the intake manifold, three pulleys, 2 power windows, hood latch 3 CO2 sensors, ball joints, shock/struts2 coils, clutch, exhaust, 2 alternators, 1 headlight switch relay or whatever....(nothing like doing 90 MPH on I-95 at 4 in the morning going to work and the lights shutting off for about 30 seconds....happened several times)...but all of this in the first three years.

Love the truck...not liking the Quality Control

I won't answer all of your questions, but to start, you can order the owner's manual AND the factory service manuals from helminc.com
