Sticker is $38365, my price with discounts and rebate is $31598. That includes a sliding rear window, which is a required option with privacy glass. (If a sliding rear window is a no-no, delete the privacy glass/ slider combo and take $195 off my price, then tint the windows yourself with film, which is easy to do and looks just as good.)
And to answer a question posted elsewhere, you will get chrome bumpers with two-tone paint IF you order the chrome package. Add $494 to my price for the chrome package.

I wish I lived close to your dealership, looks like a great deal. I plan to buy a 2006 F-250 Lariat Crew Cab Diesel that is on the lot. The Sticker is $50,000 even. My zip is 39466. What should be a fair price to offer?
