Isn't Ford supposed to make a longer version of the Expedition that will somewhat take the place of the Excursion?

Seems like they've discontinued that thing every year for the last 3 or 4 years.

Two long for my taste. I'd just go buy a super duty pick up. IMO someone wants a suv, they should bring back the Bronco, everything else should just be pickups, my opinion. I say, good riddens. Now if they build a longer one, thats just silly, factory built limos for the masses. Oh how Mr. Fords dream has changed.

To me,,,It's too bad they stopped producing Excursions,,Bigger families need a bigger vehicle, that they can load up, hop in and go, snow/rain towing,,whatever. The other day I did see a newer one,,New grille style, white in color, go bye my job,,,looked nice, diesel,,oh well.

With the Excursion you had a nice $10,000 profit for Ford, plus, it hurt Chevy. But, it did not sell well. So, it was probably more a Chevy killer then anything else.
