Spare tire holder
I will be getting my 96 Bronco painted and a few dents removed. My question was regarding the spare tire holder. I have heard many complaints about the damage people have on the tailgate. I purchased the bronco without the holder but the holes are there from where one used to be. Should I just get the holes filled in and painted or install a holder on there? I mean I could go either way as far as the look goes.

Do you plan on putting on a lift and larger tires? If so you might want to forget the stock spare tire hanger and get one of the heavy duty rear bumpers, that has a spare tire hanger that swings off of it. That way you can have a fullsize spare......
