Ford Fuel Guages
I have noticed from reading posts, many ford trucks with duel tanks have gauage/sending unit problems. After just taking mine apart I can see why. Looks like the design wouldn't hold up.
What I was wondering if there would be anywhere one of the lil circuit boards in the sending unit the float works on could be reproduced and or found already made?
Also What would be the drawbacks of installing something like an explorer tank and sending unit for midship tanks.. (Prepump?)
As many people that have problems with ford tanks and sending units I was just wanting ideas to get around the problems for everyone. surely with the great minds here we could come up with something.
