Diablo predaor 87 octane tune

where can i get a downladable tune for 87 octane use for a predator for a 2001 ford f150 with a 4.6???

There should be instructions in the manual for setting the tuner for 87 octane. Its a matter of pulling back timing.

cool, can i do that with the tune in the truck and the truck running?? also how far back will i need to turn it back or how will i know when it is back enough??

It can't be running, but go into modify tune and to the timing advance screen. Go back to -10. Mine runs fine there with no hint of detonation.

cool, i will do that then. also do i do that while the tune is in the truck or before i install it??
