Preventative maintenance?

I started the same thread over in the explorer section and figured id start one here too. What issues have you guys had that we should replace and take preventative measures for what year, motor, and at what mileage.

for example i had 2 idler pulleys go out at 130,000 on my explorer.
recommendation to replace them at 100,000

Whats common with the X's and Navi's
wheel bearings alternators u joints door switches wiper motors etc
especially things that could hamper the vehicle from coming home that day.
Loosing a belt while doing 80 down the express way isnt fun especially away from home (and no it did not make any squeeling noise, well at least i couldnt hear over the normal engine noise and radio). Thakns guys

Except for the upgraded heads and all the luxury stuff (suspension and interior fluff), the Expy and Navi are the same truck. FWIW, they're the same as the F150 in most regards.

PM requirements will be the same.
