problem with my truck

hi my name is yane and my husband have a 250 diesel superduty 6.0 , he bougth this truck a year ago brand new , but these is the second time that it is broken , he send the transmission and the converter to prepare , level 3 , but the car doen't work , it had the changes one over another , he is worrie about it because not code come in the computer and at this time we don't know what happen with that car .
please if any of you guys have a suggestion please help me .

did you take it to the dealer? I'd do that seeing as it should be under warrenty

the transmission and the converter were in performe custom made , the dealer did'nt have waranty for dad .
