The Federal Magnusson-Moss Warranty Act protects consumers of aftermarket products. It states that if something breaks on your vehicle and you take it in for warranty the dealer must Honnor your warrant unless they can prove that the modifacation caused the problem.
But Edge suggests that you remove the aftermarket piece before you take it into the dealer for warranty work, because it is very difficult to hire an attorney to fight a voided warranty.

Is it hard to remove? I just looked at the directions and it only plugs into the OBD port just infront of your right knee under the dash. Looks very simple. Ive never done it myself. Maybe someone else can shed some light on it.

As for the HP in tow mode. They dont seem to have it printed anywhere, but the Dyno sheet shows the level in the picture on our website. Its hard to read so you'll have to decide by looking at it.

The link opens a file in ADOBE ACROBAT, it is a .pdf file. The download would be the ADOBE reader program so that you may view files of that type.

It comes in a standard DARK grey/near black color. You can color match it to your truck by going to a stealership and buying factory match interior paint, or by going to your local auto paint supply store and getting them to mix you a pint of factory match interior. Another option (i did it this way) was buy Dupli-Color interior paint in the color that most closely matches your interior. Mine is a bit off, but unless your really critical, its close enough.

has anyone done the programming, and if so, has anyone increased the rev limiter, in the article, it's said to shave some time off the 0- 60. also, has anyone increase the down-shift time (when you open throttle at certain spots, it jumps the rev meter up, and if you tune it successfully, you can squeeze a bit more speed out of it)

Yancy, if you look at the link in post #15 of this thread you can see nice color pictures of it installed. The paint issue is not that big of a deal, clean it, spray it with duplicolor, and mount it once it is dry. Go get Adobe Acrobat, there is a free version that just about everyone gets. It is usefull for opening any PDF file. Get that installed so that you can view the EDGE page. It is a very informative page to look at.
