Codes
P1211- ICP pressure above/below desired.
P1247- Turbo boost pressure low.
P1248- Turbo boost pressure not detected.
P1249- Waiste gate steady stat failure.
P1316- Injector circuit\IDM codes detected.
what would cause these codes? A weak turbo, a weak HPOP or both? I can really tell a difference powerwise driving my truck and would like to get this figured out.

The 1211 is probably caused by your tuner.
If you have a bad IDM or injector wiring harness (the P1316 code), it could be causing the other three.
You might also try disconnecting the wastegate actuator line and pluging it to see if that makes a difference
