I think a supercab longbed is the same wheelbase as a crew cab shortbed. If this is so is there anyone who has swapped cabs&beds to make a crew? I'll bet finding a decent crew cab cab is not easy!
The wheel bases were not the same. Of course, you can make about anything, out of just about anything, though it's often a bunch of work. Here is the wheelbase

The F250 (1973-1979) came out in 133 - 139.8 - 150.3 (crewCab) & 155 (super Cab) inch.
The F350 came out in 104 - 122 - 137 - 140 - 161 - 165.5 & 166.5 inch..
Will try to change my 1973 Long bed to a 1995 F350 Crew Cab Long Bed 4X4 (168.4 inch) chasis.
