does anybody know if there is an aftermarket cold air intake for a 1987 f150 5.0? if so, where? i cant seem to find one. and would a k&n intake for a 1988 f150 5.0 work in a 1987?

 

since you already mentioned K&N, i assume you're seen the FIPK they have for the truck. i don't see why the 88 intake wouldn't work for your truck since all 5.0s from 85 on were FI and pretty much the same until mass air.

The one from an 88 will work. They don't list 87 because of the heat riser. Just remove the heat riser and plug the vacuum port and you can run the K&N for an 88.
