Question compression readings

i've got a 86 f150 302 fuel injected, timing chain stretched and jumped, engine ran rough black smoke, runs no more. new timing chai and gears, new plugs, wires, rotor, cap still nostart.problem seems to be fuel had washed cylinder walls hence low compression readings 90psi first crank upto 120 psi stays there for 7 cranks stop cranking bleeds down to o psi in 13 seconds all jugs do the same . repeated test after 3 squirts of oil in to jug new oil in pan still get same compression readings.also withfuel constantly entering cylinders and that kind of compression no firing and fuel keeps washing by rings into oilpan.anybody got any ideas or am i puuling the motor.

My book makes no claim as to proper compression readings, other than to say that all cylinders should be about the same. If you're getting fuel to the cylinders, I would make sure that you're getting spark. It pretty much all boils down to fuel and spark and timing. Make sure that the #1 cylinder piston is all the way up when the rotor is pointing at the #1 plug wire connection on the distributor.

thanks for the reply,i've got it figured out. fuel pressure reg diaphragm was leaking fuel into vacuum line and dumping fuel straight into intake manifold going to change out regulator and go from there
