Axle Splines

I'm putting 37 12.50/15's on my 84 f150 and i was wondering how big of axles to put in it so they won't break or anything. Thanks alot.

If you have an f150, you have no choice to axle size do you?

Will this be a pavement pounder or a true offroad vehicle?I am big into the offroad world and can give you all the advice you will need to make it hold up.
