dana 44 sas leafs
i got a 44 leafsprung and matching 60 rear, and i wanna put them on my 88. i did somme measuring on it, and i dont know if the leafs will line up right with the frame. anybody done this? any insight on it?

My leafs didn't line up under the frame in the front so I did this:

The rear they lined up so I did this:

You may need to get the rear spring hangers from the donor truck, as the ones I had on the stock chasis did not work.
You can also do this for the rear shackle. This is what Pro and Ivan did, and I will be doing eventually.

Yeah i don't matter if they line up with the frame or not, as the fram has a bit of tapper to it from the front to back on these trucks anyway, since our trucks are essentially the same take a peek in my gallery to see how i'm redoing mine (shackle in the front hangers in the rear), what i did was really fairly simple.
