Ignition wire

Does anybody know how to get to a wire at the fuse box (or anywhere else) that is +12volt when the ignition is switched on?

Yes What is the purpose of the switched load (current draw) and does it need to be "delay on" so that it remains on after the ignition is switched off until you open the doors (not available on all model year Super Duty's)

I need a +12v when the ignition is on and no voltage when the ignition is off. Do not need a delayed off. I am going to use it to control an auto lock feature on a service body I have installed. I want the service body doors to lock when I turn on the ignition. To keep the current draw to a minimum, I was planning to ues a relay. BTW, I have a 2005 f250 xl. Thanks
