Just a guess, but I think it may be a bad coil on #6 cylinder. It could be a wiring or PCM problem, but with all of the coil problems I would start there.
To expand on it, the P035X codes indicate a PCM-detected problem with the primary side of the coil. Typical misfire codes (p030X) are set when the computer did not detect a primary side fault but did not find any crankshaft acceleration when it should have fired the cylinder.
Check the COP to make sure it is not unplugged.
Inspect the COP and connector for electrical connector issues such as corrosion or pushed pins.
Check reistance of primary coil to ensure it is not open.
If none of this fixes it, you will need the diagnostic procedure from the PCED to properly trace the fault and repair it. You can download a copy from www.fordcds.com
This assumes you have a 5.4 Since you didn't identify this vehicle by year and engine, I can only guess.
