i have a couple good ones the first one i am not sure how i got out of but i managed i guess..

i was drving my friends truck cuz me and him were goin snowboarding and its relatively early in the morning on a sunday i would say at that time is as probably 7:30. i was tryin to get to the mountain quickly and was goin 5-7mph over the posted speed limit the whole way and the roads are clean and clear so it was easy doing that well through a small town on the way up there i go through town on the highway and no problem i slowed down...well as soon as i was a mile or 2 out of town i hit the resume button on the cruise control and it was set for 70 i na 65 well i hit it in a 55 and i was unaware they had recently left it 55 after the construction was over and i came around the corner in the highway and what do ya know a state cop was comin at me then turns on his lights so i pull over and he asked me if we were goin skiin and i said yes and he took all the info back to his car for 10-15 minutes and came back and said have a nice day i am not going to ticket you just rememver slow down next time, so i said thanks on was on my way. i have successfully gotten out of 15mph over and never thought that could be done being im 18 in 2 months.

next me and the same friend are goin huntin last fall i pull out of my driveway i live in a big residential area and i stop at the stop sign and turn to get out of our little housing area, i get up to speed i always stay slow in residential especially here there are so many stupid kids that run in the middle of the street all the time and this is a main road in but anyways i was going 28 in a 25 again in a hurry to get out to the spot before daylight ends cop pulls me over said he clocked me at 28 and then asked me not to touch my rifle which was in front seat of my truck and we would be fine, not that i planned on it anyways but i guess a 17 year old kid with a gun in the front seat made him nervous. but then my friend who is 18 didnt have his seat belt on yet when we got pulled over and he was going to but i guess since we just got on the road hadnt yet, needless to say the cop got him for a seatbelt ticket($10 bux) what a slap in the face ha but ya i get out free of anything and my friend the passenger got the ticket i never laughed so hard in my life because this kid drives like a maniac alll the time like he is goin 20mph over on snow through passes and stuff when we go snowboarding its insane he is gonna kill himself or someone else. but both times i thought the cop did a good job of doing their job even though no tickets were issued he definately scared me enough to slow down because i have only gotten one ticket and my insurance co never found out about it so i really dont want to risk another and have my insurance go up

From: Bored town OH
I've only been pulled over for a dumb reason once.
It was around 12:30 a.m. and I was driving under the speed limit in a residentual area... I guess I looked suspicious. Told him I was bored. He said there had been reports of vandalism in the area lately. He didnt know I had 3 cases of Budlight in my handy dandy tool box, on the way to a killer party!

I see Public Intoxication is a crime to the police. They get you out of the vehicle and see if you can walk straight, and when you cant, you get charged with a DUI, then they pin you with public intoxication, because they made you get out of the vehicle... And if your too slow putting your hands behind your back you get charged with resisting arrest and slammed against the cruiser.
