I have a 1977 F250 Ranger XLT with cruzzze control and the "horn assembly" (plastics) and cover are toast. The cruzzze control buttons and horn work fine. Can one buy the plastic housing (NOS)? If not, does anyone know were i can find one today for sale? I already checked the obvious places, hemmings, parts suppliers.

I have had the same problem with my '78 I have had some luck robbing units from Ford cars & Lincolns from the mid-late 70s, and also recently found that Ford vans up til '91?? (the 3rd generation)will also work (though they have "resume" on them,which won't work-yet any way, that is until I find a way to make it work, I've heard that simply removing the cruise brain box from the donor van & plugging it into your truck WILL make the resume function work.
