'95 Front diff. question
Can anyone tell me what the stock front differential is in a 1995 Bronco? Dana 44 or something else? I would like to put limited slip in it. I know the Danas have the model number cast into the web but I don't want to take off all that plastic shielding to see if I don't have to......... Thanks, Brian

My Bronco has a big plastic shield that covers the front diff and most of the front axle. It is held on by the differential cover bolts. They all go through it. Also, what is TTB?

Thanks for the clarification. I've never looked under another Bronco to see if anyone else has that shield, I just assumed everyone did. I'll have to start looking at other trucks to see if it's there.

You are sure it's plastic, cause when these trucks were very new, the metal and paint looked real smooth and can look kinda plastic.
There would be no need for a cover cause, the diff cover is part of the arm.
