95 F150 5.0. Any do it yourself mods that will give me some extra power, better gas mileage, throttle response, etc? Just trying to squeeze the most efficiency out of this truck as I can without spending a lot of money.

 

Anything like a less restricted air filter,less restricted exhaust,higher volt coil will give you something, i wouldn't bet on the numbers advertised by some of the companies, and don't expect a "seat of the pants" change, but it is so much fun to piddle with.

 

yeah, imnot expecting any drastic change, efficiency is all i ask for...i figure with such a famous motor there would be a slew of cheap aftermarket upgrades for it, but right now i just wanna tweak it and get things in order.
