Instrument cluster not working

I have a 1992 F-150. My speedometer, fuel, tach, oil, and temp gages are all not working. They either show a false reading or don't work at all. My speedo is pegged out all the way past 80 mph. The Tach doesn't read any RPMs. My Odometer was also out, but I found that to be fixed by a blown fuse. I have checked all of my fuses and have found no other ones blown. Is it in one of the relays? I don't know how to check those. Any information you could provide would be greatly apprieciated.

Maybe something in the cluster is making bad contact? Ground or +12V perhaps? I'd suggest removing the cluster and inspecting all the connectors and the laminant circuit sheet in the back of the cluster. Maybe one of the connectors is loose and making bad contact.
