crazy glow plugs

has anyone seen or bought the glow plugs on ebay that a diesel [performance shop sell that they heat up hotter and faster and have a 3 yrs warrenty

I bought a set and installed them around christmas. I thought it was a 2 year warranty. The ones I bought showed a pic of them heating up compared to the OEM. They looked exactly the same in length and diameter

tjose are the ones that heat up faster and stronger if how are they did u notice better starting and performance
