Jer. You might want to do what most of us would have to do. Get a tape measure and crawl under the truck and measure the darn thing yourself. It is no telling what may have been installed on your truck since it left the factory.

John is correct, exhaust tubing could be 2, 2 1/4, 2 1/2, or 3. Tubing is measured on the outside diameter; whereas, pipe is typically measured on the inside diameter. Pipe typically has a heavier wall thickness and not used for exhaust systems.
2" seem a little small for a single exhaust on a V8, I would have to guess it is 2 1/4 tube; but the only way to be sure is to measure.
If you can't measure the diameter of the pipe (or have different size piping throughout your system), you could always measure the circumference and then divide by Pi (3.141592) to get the diameter. Just a thought.
