If you can wait a few weeks I am going to make one for my truck, maybe I'll make a few extras. I just switched careers and am now in a machine shop with a big fat CNC lathe. I was thinking a nice upside down pear shaped bulb with an actual bolt holding it to the stick and then a nice beauty cover that has the shift pattern engraved. Stupid customers are taking up all the play time around here though.

That is exactly what I am looking for. The shift pattern insert is rattling around and constantly spins, not to mention during the summer when the cab is hot the **** comes off in my hand. Pretty scary the first few times. Purple cranium is the only site that has any close to what I was looking for. The pear shaped similar to stock is what I am looking for with the shift pattern or Superduty would be great. Message me with what you come up with and we will work out the details.

Go Devil, as a temporary fix, put a good blob of locktite in the shift ****. Mine was doing the same thing, coming off when I shifted into 4th. I too, have been looking for a decent looking shift **** to replace the stock one. Fat Diesel, snap a few pics when you do make em, I'm interested.
