Check out this truck site. FTE is the best!!! All the info you need to know is here. For instance, here's the answer to your question about reading the door sticker codes. https://www.ford-trucks.com/article/...r_Decoder.html

Go up to the sticky threads at the very top of the Super Duty forum. There is one called FAQ's, VIN and tag decoder tips, etc where you can find that info.
got my build sheet on jan 20, 2006. still did not tell me spring rates and all that stuff. i did the decoder on the door jamb. but i wish i could really get a copy of the actual window sticker for mine.
Excellent service from Ford! I sent mine in the other day, 7-5-06, and got an email reply pretty quick, saying a couple of weeks to get it. Well, it was in the mailbox yesterday! 7-11-06! 6 days, pretty darn good. It didn't tell me a lot that I didn't already figure out, but did confirm the trailer tow package, HD battery, etc. I did notice it says "disk/cassette AM/FM radio", which the door sticker also agrees with, but the radio is not a disk player, only cassette. Oh well. My impression from the door sticker code was a CD player.
Excellent service indeed! I sent in my request, received an email reply within 24 hrs, and a phone call to verify my mailing address a couple of working days later - they said I would get it within 4-6 days.
Anybody know how to get a replacement B-Pillar certification sticker/label? I was t-boned, which required replacing the b-pillar, and while the body shop did a good job of pulling the sticker and placing it on the new pillar, the corner is torn, and you can tell it was removed/replaced. I'll start a new thread on this...
