abs and brake light on
Hi
Anyone care to share their opinions as to why the ABS and Brake light are lit on the dash panel.
Its a 1995 F150 XL 6 cylinder auto 4x4, 167,000kms.
Also, was wondering what the best tune up would involve to ensure reliability and performance.

I recently have some experience with the ABS system, such a wonderful thing. OK, I was lying.
I would guess there is a prob with your system, meaning codes are being thrown. The easiest route is to get those codes (an aftermarket manual will tell you how) and then go from there.
Second guess would be a short somewhere.
