idle rpm question
Quick question. What should the engine rpms be during idle after the motor is warmed up?? My engine idles at about 650 rpm when warmed up, is this correct?? Seems like its loping a little more than it used to. Thanks.

I thought mine was more like 750 or 800 rpm. When was the last time you replaced your CPS? Do you think that may be a culprit? What about the fuel filter; is it fresh? One more, do you know what your fuel pressure is?

Put a new cps in 4 days ago, also has a new pedal assembly with the idle and throttle sensors. Put these in after having some real crazy jumping rpm problems. Havn't checked fuel filter latley, but it was changed about 8 months ago. Don't know fuel pressure. After doing some searches i am thinking about looking into a new ICP sensor or atleast checking mine.
