I have a 66 Ford F100 and I want to put the body on a 2000 Ford 4x4 4.6 v8/auto chassis. I am looking for information on wiring harnesses and how to hook up the computer.

Probably a better subject for the folks who play with slicks like yours in the 61-66 forum. Folks with trucks from ourr era (on here at least) seem to be a bit more hesitant about doing frame swaps though there are a few exceptions. In reading the 61-66 forum, folks there seem to have far fewer inibitions about tackling this type of project. In fact it's very common for those guys to mount slick cabs onto 73-79 frames to get the upgraded running gear. Those guys should be able to help out. I've got to believe someone has done what you are contemplating and if not, I suspect they will cheer you on as you tackle it.
