Only 1 QUART IN TRANSFER CASE
This is in reply to the Transfer case, I opened it up and the gears are slightly chiped, metal shavings in oil were from shifting fork, and is worn on one side, what kind of cost am I looking at?

I think the T-case only holds about 1 quart. I'm looking at replacing mine with a used unit for about $150, maybe another $100 installing it. A rebiult 1356 goes for around $700 +/-. There are some good write-ups on rebuilding the 1356 on this site if you search and want to do this youself.
