I got my brakes going now, but I'm still having trouble with the one front wheel on the driver's side. It keeps wanting to tighten up to the point of lock up. I had it adjusted, and I took it for a spin. By the time I got home (about ten mile trip), the brake was nearly locked up. Why would it tighten while I'm driving forward? I can hear it click every time I back up, but I don't back up THAT much. I installed the self-adjuster screw the right way according to the picture in the book. Anyone ever have any similar problems? TIA

Bill, I don't know if this relates to you, but when I swapped to power disc on my truck the rod to the master cylinder from the booster was a touch to long and would make the brakes come on, and with the friction making the metal expand, the front wheels locked. I backed off the rod a couple rounds and brakes worked fine, after things had cooled, and contracted.
