Harley rear end

Just wondering what size rear end the Harley's come with? Is it a 9.75"? I plan on putting 3.73 gears and a limited slip differential in my 2002 F-150 , which has a 9.75" rear end. My plan is hopefully to get the parts cheaper form Ford as the aftermarket parts are pretty expensive. Thanks.

all the trucks powered by the 5.4 engine have the 9.75'' rear end. that does not apply to superduties those get 10.25's.
