I have a 1989 F-150 4x4 4.9L. I would like to know what kind of rear yoke I have. I know the spline count is 30. I can't seem to find it. Can you guys steer me in the right direction. Please. Thanks.

It is called a Companion Flange, it is number 12 in the diagram.
No it's a standard yoke, that the u-joint goes right into.
It should be the one I showed previously (#12), it has the 30 splines for the 8.8 rear end. It mates to #1 in the diagram below. F150 Driveshaft is on the left and F250 - F350 on the right.
By the way #13 in the diagram below is still called a Companion Flange.
