im new need some help
i have 95 explorer with 4.0
it hesitates when you take off from a stop
i ran scan on it and got 538 341 214 codes and i dont know what they mean
if anyone does please let me know, cause im baffeld on this one!

Try new plugs and wires. You're loosing your cylinder ID and thinks your octane shorting bar is not connected. These are spark signals. I had some of this and changed my wires and the miss went away as well as the codes.
