Any body do any muddin in a new 2006. I just got mine friday at 4:45PM. I left the dealership and by 7:30PM I was bottoming it out at my local mud pit. Had a blast, but scratched the outside bottom edge of my passengers side chrome running board though. I have pics but I have to get them on my computer. Will try to post pics of aftermath.
So how did it do?? These things are so heavy I have wondered if it would just sink to the pan and never move. I have used the 4x4 on the farm in light sand and such ... no big deal and it did fine.
It did great, some medium angle articulation got a foot or so of air a couple of times. I have to go to the car wash and power wash the clumps of mud out of the frame rails and cross members. It was dark so I didn't get moving to fast. The place is a little different since the last time I was there(about five years ago). The holes seem a little deeper.
I love everything about my truck except for the 9.75 diff. and the little "up" window light being out. Do you have the LS in your '06. I cannot pull off the road and not get stuck. Went goose hunting saturday--stuck. Went last week--stuck. One wheel works in front and one in rear. Typical, so I am waiting on some more options on lockers. I have been told the rearends are light in the new trucks. Must be. My buddy's dodge made it through everything just fine and pulled me out. Sure hate dodges. I will try and check out your pics.
