big brake problem, really need help bad

my dads truck dont have brakes, theres no leaks and it is full of fluid,

we had brakes before we bleed them and now we dont, can anyone help me

Sounds possibly like a master cylinder or booster problem.

If you pump the pedal, does it come up?
If so, and you hold pressure on it, and it then goes down, that is an indication of a bad master cylinder.

Have you checked to see if the proportioning valve was tripped during the bleeding process?
