Looking for more power

Our 1994 F-350 XLT Special Duty has a 351 CID in it and needs more power when climbing hills towing our 5th wheel. The truck is still stock and only has 71k miles, it is 2wd with SRW. What is the best way to get more power from this truck, i.e. computer chip change, dual exhaust and headers, etc..

I'd suggest a Tuner like the Diablo Predator or SuperChips, and a set of E Fans for the radiator.

These are simple yet pretty efective ways to get some "bolt on" power.
