I found some Daystar 2" spring spacers for my 97 Ranger 2WD. But the description says its for 83-96 Rangers. I thought 94-97 were basically the same. Does anybody know if these would work. Or of any other good brands that have 2" spacers. Thanks.
It depends. If your truck has the old twin i beam style front end they are probably the right ones. If you have the new style idependent front suspension then they probably aren't the right ones.
I went to kragen and bought the twist in coil spring boosters and lifted the front end of my truck about 1.5 inches to correct my camber after i put on offset rims. It rides a little stiffer but it still rides good and my stance is about even, or possibly a little higher in the front. Plus, all i had to do was jack up the front and twist in the boosters and pound them into right part of the spring. Rather then take apart my whole front end to put in a couple of spacers.
