Rebuilding need Cam help please
I got a 1993 F-150 with a 5.0 EFI, headers no cats, 40 series flowmasters, E40D Transmission, the heater core coil what ever it is went out and the motor got hot and cuased a piston to get a crack in it. So im gonig to take the block and have it bored over .30 and the get some new flat top pistons. I am looking for a computer compatable cam i have found a few on Summitracing's website, am wondering if any one knows a lil more about the intake and duration etc.. on cams and what aize should i go with to make it a some what hotrod type truck, im no longer gonig to tow any thing with it. Was wondering if any one could please help me out, stock cam size so i can compare and contrast i want the new cam to have a nice lope though thanks alot.
