Can any one help me? I have a 02 escape and I have these noises like spings on a bed and my tires are not wasting evenly, and when I make my left turns it makes this funny noise.

We had the same problem with our '04 Escape. Took it to the dealer and it ended up being bad front bearings. It was fixed under our warrenty and now drives like it is brand new. It was kind of loud when we bought and I thought it was cheap factory tires but over time it got worse and worse. I hope this helps you.
Wheel bearings, complete rack and stabilizer links would be the more common issues on the Escape. Mentioning the noise on a turn would usually remove the rack issue since it's common going over bumps instead. You can test the links yourself by grabbing hold of them, shaking real hard and listen for the metal-on-metal clunk - they commonly wear since it's a sealed ball joint in a nylon socket (the links are $12 each and as easy to replace as a shock). Wheel bearings will require more work.
The factory tires are usually junk so they could be wearing bad even if everything else was perfect. I had some Americana SUV OEM tire on my 02 Escape and they didn't make it 35k miles. My 05 Escape has some General tires that are almost decent for OEM and they've got 50%+ tread/wearing decent for 30k miles.
