People come here to ask questions and get help from others who might know the answer to the probelm. But all you ever do is look at the post and NO ONE ever leaves a reply... Whats the deal with that ----. Just thought I would put in my 2 cents worth....Thank you

Just because your posts aren't all answered doesn't mean that isn't the case with all posts.
The average post has 4.52 replies.
I see that in the last week, you've posted 6 messages and only 2 have been answered. Its peak vacation time and the traffic is down slightly. Also, you'll find that catchy topics tend to get answered more often. How many questions have you answered? As to one of your topics, look in our online store for licenced reproduction Ford 4x4 stickers.
This board is frequented by all age groups (I even have crayon drawings sent in by a 2nd grade class) and using an asterick to by-pass the language filters is a definite breach of protocol. I'm no saint and I don't have the cleanest language in the world, but this public forum isn't the place for it.

Anything I have ever posted to this site has been answered and done so quickly. I also try and help out whoever i can though. If you think about it how can you possibly complain about a FREE site?

I don't respond to questions unless I am certain of the anwser. There is nothing more annoying than a "Best Guess" when I post a question On the bright side, if this was the "Cummins" website you would have to pay to just ask the question.
I agree, I don't reply unless I know the answer, or at least part of the solution...
Hey, I bet that centurian conversion is a beast huh? You ought to nickname it the Excursion hunter... HA HA HA HA...

I would have to agree with the other post I have made several post almost all have had replies. The information from the replies has been helpful and appreciated. Thanks FTE.
You can pretty much bet that if your post gets no replies, it is a problem that noone has a deffinate answer for. I see very few incorrect replies on the FTE boards. Also, you may have to wait a few days for a reply (or longer). The guy who knows the answer may not visit but once a week! My point, be patient, sooner or later someone will notice and give a solution, or a suggestion of a solution based on reasonable common sence. This is a good bunch of wrenchers, and very liberal with advice. Dont make em mad at you, because they will help eventually! Noone wants to give bad advice, so if they're not sure, they wont post.
I agree sometimes it takes a little while to get an answer, for example a post of mine from the middle of september all of a sudden had two replys today! Weird hey.
I have asked questions that have not got answered, but I don't complain. I think ken should get a standing ovation for this site. He has done such a great job with this site. Hats off to you. Ken I have question, when do sleep?:-)
In my opinion, and this was also told to me by Pastmaster (I think), Every post deserves a response, if for nothing else than to prove that the post is being read. In my forum, Engine building, I reply to posts that I know an answer to, but I also make an effort to make sure no one feels left out/rejected by having a question be ignored -as they see it-
I don't have an answer to every question, and FAR FROM an expert; Heck, I ask more questions than anyone I think!, but I always offer my help and suggestions, usually personal experience as well, whenever I can.
