Sanderson headers, anyone have them?

I was going to get another set of Thorleys, but it was such a pain to change the starter.Also,no one has Thorley part #203 for my truck.Talked to Thorley and they said that they won't be in production again for about 6-8 weeks. So, what do you guys think of the Sanderson's? Any info is appreciated.

Based on past discussions around here, I've heard nothing but good about Sandersons. If I had several hundred bucks burning a hole in my pocket, I'd certainly buy a set.

I have them on the 390FE... Sandreson Shorty`s..
Paint them before you put them on They look good !!
I had the surfaces of the heads cleaned up (exhaust surface).
Bolt them down EVENLY!!
You will still have to pull the headers to get the starter out
Been in 2 yrs now!!

Thanks fo replying and telling me you still have to drop the Sanderson header to change the starter. I talked to Sanderson about that very problem with the FE motor, and the guy I talked to gauranteed me that I could change the starter without dropping header. I guess they just want to sell headers! After having an arguement with the person that answers there phone about the 390,427,429+460 all being the same block, I was hesitant to order them. Glad I asked you guys.
